CLEANING: We actively developed rigorous standards in compliance with CDC standards to keep our guests healthy and our homes clean.
NO PHYSICAL CHECK IN: No crowded hotel lobbies, no office check in (go directly to your rental).
COOKING: Cook your own meals in home, even bring your own food from home.
CENTRALLY LOCATED: Breckenridge, CO is centrally located and provides our guests a drivable family vacation opportunity or a short flight into Denver.
POOLS/HOT TUBS: All private hot tubs are open. Shared pools/hot tubs plan to be open for the winter season, but many require reservations. Due to COVID, shared pools/hot tubs may close due to local and state restrictions.

This charming Ridge Street cottage offers ski area views and is a short walk to bars, restaurants, shops, and the shuttle/lifts. This property offers a comfortable living room with flat screen TV, queen sofa sleeper and an open concept with a modern and upgraded kitchen and bar with seating for 4. The living room opens to a deck and private BBQ to enjoy an evening drink or BBQ in the summer or winter. There is a shared hut tub outside the front door that is for the exclusive use of the 4 cottages located in the immediate area. Enjoy a soak after a day of skiing or hiking. Other unit amenities include an outdoor common hot tub, 1 assigned parking space, and an in unit washer/dryer.



This cottage features a queen master bedroom with TV and an ensuite bath with a jetted tub. The master suite opens to a deck with amazing views of the ski area and perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. The lower level features a twin-over-queen bunk room with a TV and ensuite 3/4 bath. Additional sleeping for 2 with a queen sleeper sofa.

GETTING AROUND:

This property is just steps for the free shuttle stop. Guests have easy access to the lifts (10 minute walk) or can choose to take the free shuttle directly to the base of Peak 9. This location offers the best of both worlds, walk to restaurants, shops, and bars and a short walk to the slopes.



THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: All SkyRun Breckenridge properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

PARKING: Parking in Breckenridge is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. If you need additional parking for more cars, paid overnight parking is provided by the Town of Breckenridge in two areas of town, 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena and 2) north of town (also accepts RVs and trailers) at the Airport Road satellite parking lot.

WARNING: 4WD or AWD vehicles required in the winter, snow and ice will be on all surfaces including driveways and roads - no refunds for towing or cars that get stuck. Some homes require 4WD or AWD in the non-winter months due to dirt roads, and uneven surfaces - call for more information about your rental.

COLORADO TRACTION LAW: Starting Sept. and running through May 31 of each year, all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero will be required to adhere to the traction law, which requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. Ensure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado. Talk with your rental car company if you are planning to rent.
