Newly remodeled home close to Downtown, Midtown, and the Gulch. ($10 UberX to each). Restaurants and Nashville West shopping center super close as well. City views from the front porch (on a clear late fall or winter day).

It is an up-and-coming neighborhood. There is a lot of gentrification going on. There are a lot of nice homes being built on lots where old homes are being torn down. The neighbors are great and very quiet and respectful.

Hi. I'm a native of Nashville (Yes, we do exist, but we're almost at unicorn status) who has lived here for over 30 years. It's a great town to visit, and I hope you have a great trip while you're here and will do my part to be sure it happens. If there are guests in the house, I'm probably off rock climbing in either Chattanooga or outside of Knoxville, but sometimes I'll take a longer climbing trip as well either in the country or internationally. Thailand has some of the best climbing in the world and l'll be using this app when I go back.
As for the house, the neighborhood is really booming lately with dozens of new houses and more being framed weekly. The house is really close to Downtown, Midtown, Vandy, and the Gulch (all 10-15 minutes or around $10 UberX) as well as lots of new restaurants, bars, and retail. The only downside I can think of is that you can hear interstate noise if you're in the back bedroom if you're not used to it. It's minor but noticeable.
