Visitors will be allowed to return to Hawaii on 10/15/20. You are required present a negative Covid 19 test taken no more than 72 hours before arrival. These tests will be available at CVS, Walgreens and Kaiser.
Otherwise there is a mandatory 14 day quarantine which is strictly enforced throughout the state.
We are prohibited to rent to anyone required to quarantine.

Gorgeous two bedroom townhouse with golf course and western views for dramatic sunsets. Uniquely positioned next to a large green area with no immediate neighbors to the left and only one on the right. Large wrap-around lanai with outdoor kitchen. You will love the privacy this unit offers. Fully furnished with designer touches throughout. The master suite is upstairs. The master bath features a jetted tub and separate walk in shower. The second bedroom is downstairs with it's own bathroom.
The Auberge Resort Collection recently completed a $30 million renovation on the old Mauna Lani Bay Hotel and Spa. There will be exciting new restaurants and spa offerings for those who want to splurge a bit without paying $1000 a night for a room!
While not located directly on the water guests enjoy access to the private entrance to the Owner’s Beach Club just steps from the water. Mauna Lani has two championship golf courses and tennis courts. Restaurants, grocery store and shops are located within the resort. It's a great base for discovering all the magic the Big Island of Hawaii has to offer.

Guests have complete access to the townhouse, private lanai with gas BBQ, the Fairways pool, spa and exercise room exclusively for owners and guests of The Fairways. Unassigned parking is available in front of the condo.
A key card admits you to the private entrance and parking lot at the Owner's Beach Club, located at the south end of Kaniku Drive, about a 3-4 minute drive from the condo. While both the Auberge Resort and Fairmont Orchid have public beach access, only registered guests are allowed to use the amenities. We recommend using the Beach Club. There are lounges and cabana chairs already there free for members and guests.
There are two championship golf courses in Mauna Lani. Please call the Clubhouse for rates. Tennis courts are located at the Fairmont Orchid and Auberge Spa and Fitness Club. Please call for reservations.

- The condo is not located directly on the beach. You could walk to the beach at the Fairmont Orchid, about 3/4 of a mile, but we recommend you use the Owner’s Beach Club. It’s only a 3 minute drive from the condo and you will have access to the private parking lot just steps from the beach.
-This two bedroom townhome has a queen size bed in the master suite, and a queen size bed in the second bedroom. There is a twin size EZ Bed that inflates at the touch of a button. It can be easily moved from room to room as needed. It is stored in the downstairs bedroom closet. Washing machine and dryer located in the downstairs hallway.
- Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and cooking utensils, pots and pans. Outdoor kitchen has a Viking propane grill and sink, dining area for six and conversation area for four. It is a very private end unit with large green area adjacent and overlooking one of the Francis H. Brown championship golf courses.
- Toshiba 50in. Amazon Fire Smart TV in Family Room. Flat screen TV in both bedrooms. All three have Spectrum digital cable and Wifi.
- Smoking is not allowed in or anywhere near the property or in any of the Fairways common areas such as the pool. You could forfeit all, or part of your deposit if evidence of smoking is found.
- State of Hawaii Tax Permit TA-052-312-5760-01
- Please note: State and local tax of 14.5% is included in bookings confirmed after December 1, 2019. If your booking was made before that date the tax will be collected in a separate billing through the Resolution Center and is due before arrival.
We try to accommodate late checkout when possible, but it's not always available. For an additional $100 fee you can reserve the entire departure day and check out as late as you like. We

The Mauna Lani Resort is a special place nestled along a beautiful stretch of coastline under the watchful eye of Mauna Kea Summit. You will feel the Mana of the ancient Hawaiian gods as you stroll through the ponds and trails on the property. Don't be fooled by listings in Waikoloa which show photos of Mauna Lani. They only wish they had what we have! Located about twenty minutes north of Kona International Airport on the Kohala Coast just minutes from some of the worlds most beautiful beaches. Kailua Kona is about thirty minutes south. The Mauna Kea Visitors Center is about an hour away. Volcanoes National Park is about two hours away. Hilo is about one and a half hours away. This is the "Big Island," but you can circle the entire island in one day if you wanted to.
