Although our cottage is located in a secluded area-the cottage is close to parks, art and culture. The city center! The cottage is only a 2 minute drive to downtown Berkeley Springs! You’ll love this cottage because of the coziness, the pond, and the location. The cottage is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers!

There is air conditioning for summer and electric heat for cooler months.
A fully equipped kitchen offers the advantage of in house meals supplementing the area’s outstanding restaurants!
A 20 ft screened porch and seating area to enjoy early morning coffee or drinks at sunset.
Private parking available in town at the Bathkeeper’s Cottage lot on Washington Street which… is one block from Baths, Massages, Shopping, Restaurants and Art galleries!

You will have the cottage completely to yourselves during your stay; however, if you need any help or have any questions-we are only a phone call away! Typically we unlock the cottage prior to your arrival so that you do not have to rush to the Cottage and worry about missing check-in time.

12% WV Hotel/Motel taxes will be charged through the site-this charge is under the "cleaning fee". (2 night stay=$260. Taxes will be $32.00). If you stay more than 2 nights-you can leave the remaining amount in cash for the remaining taxes.
