Villa 397420 The villa is located in the heart of Coral Bay and is within a short walk of banks, restaurants, tavernas, cafes, bars, and shops as well as the sandy beach of Coral Bay. Paphos International Airport is 20km away, and the nearest large town is Paphos which is located less than 20 minutes by car and has a large selection of shops, restaurants and a good night-life. This villa is ideal for both first time visitors to Cyprus as well as guests who do not necessarily wish to hire a car.

This two bedroom villa is located in the heart of Coral Bay on a quiet development, within an easy walking distance of the wide range of amenities on offer in this popular resort.

As you enter the property you will find the open plan dining and lounge area. The lounge offers comfortable sofas, a flat screen TV with an android box and wireless internet for your entertainment.

The dining area is furnished with a dining table seating 6.

The adjacent kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including electric oven and ceramic 4 ring hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. The dining area and kitchen are separated by a breakfast bar with two stools. A separate cloakroom is also located on this level.

A staircase leads to the first floor where the villa's two bedrooms are located. The tastefully furnished master double bedroom and a twin bedded room with shared balcony terrace overlooking the swimming pool area. These two bedrooms share the use of the full family bathroom across the hallway with bath and shower.

The villa benefits from air-conditioning for cooling and heating throughout.

Outside, the exit through the two large patio doors on the ground floor leads you to a gated verandah that opens onto the 8m x 4m private swimming pool featuring roman steps which is surrounded by a paved sunbathing terrace furnished with sunbeds and umbrellas.

The outside dining table twinned with the barbecue creates the perfect area for al fresco dining.

Coral Bay is a family oriented lively resort with plenty to offer in terms of amenities and activities. A small complex consisting of a supermarket, a small collection of restaurants and a couple of bars is within a few minutes walk of the villa. The centre of the resort which features a wide selection of restaurants offering both Cypriot and International Cuisines, cafes, bars, shops, a choice of supermarkets, several banks, a chemist and a laundry within 1km of the villa.

The resort boasts two sandy beaches, the busier of the two being the popular Coral Bay Beach, a sandy horseshoe shaped bay honoured with a Blue Flag of the European Union. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available for hire, watersports are on offer and there are two beach cafés providing refreshments.

A little further along the coast you reach the natural rock caves of the area known locally as Sea Caves, an area which provides ideal snorkelling territory and is popular with local scuba diving schools.
