Step into the comfort of this beautiful 4-bedroom home, with outstanding facilities in Santiago De Los Caballeros. The property is situated in a popular and safe neighborhood, a well-connected location next to STI Airport.
The place stands out with facilities that consists of a private swimming pool, two car garage and last but not least, an A/C unit in each room.

The home space is spacious and cozy, characterized by contemporary modern décor and wonderful attention to detail. Guests can expect a clean space, equipped with all the amenities that you will need. The space consists of 3 spacious living room, open space kitchen & dining area, 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and the swimming pool area.
The living room is the perfect place to relax after a memorable day of adventuring throughout the city's attractions. It immediately feels like home, with comfy sofa’s, coffee table for drinks and snacks, and a 8-seat dining table.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with high quality appliances and beautiful finishes which include modern cooking appliances, suitable for preparing any type of meal, depending on your preferences. Spacious countertops provide plenty of space to work your Master Chef magic skills! To be more specific, the kitchen is equipped with a new stove & oven, spacious fridge w/freezer, coffee maker, glasses and silverware, pots and pans as well as basic spices such as salt and pepper.
The cozy dining area is right next to the kitchen so you will be able to serve your delicious meals at the dining table if you choose to stay in and enjoy a home-cooked meal.
The 4 bedrooms are furnished with comfy mattress’s, perfect to enhance the quality of your sleep. Two bedrooms are furnished with a queen size bed while the other tow bedroom has king size bed.
Last but not least, the bathroom is stocked with all essentials for maximum comfort and convenience for your stay. Please note that we provide the first set of toiletries as a courtesy, afterwards you are responsible to purchase your own
