This is a Private Room Rental and IS NOT a Whole Home Rental. This room features a Queen Size Bed and has its own mini-refrigerator, beach towels, and flat screen television. This is our full time residence and we are available for any questions you may have.

We are a new, private residence, not located in a community. We are just minutes from Rte 26, Rte 1, CVS, Royal Farms, restaurants, boutiques, parks, trails, beach and boardwalk. If a rainy day does happen to visit while you are here, we have a 65" flat screen with Bose surround system to take in a movie without going out.

Our favorite part of living here is, of course, proximity to the beach. Yet, the spacious back yard welcomes birds and butterflies which are a delightful diversion and connection to nature. Conveniently located only 2 miles from downtown Bethany Beach and Boardwalk and 20 minutes to downtown Rehoboth Beach.
