Centrally located in Pevensey Bay, 2 minutes walk from the beach, the local supermarket, pharmacy, pubs and restaurants. Breakfast is included with cereals, bread for toasting, tea and coffee. Private off road parking and space in the garage for a motorbike or 2 bicycles. You'll be sharing the house with us, an elderly large dog and a cat. Dogs welcomed

A set of wide steps with handrail lead you to the front of the property where you enter into a welcoming open lounge/kitchen/diner.
Beachside 4 - Modern Apartment Opposite the BeachOne of five beautifully refurbished seafront apartments. Perfectly located opposite the beach and just a short stroll along the promenade to Eastbourne's famous pier, theatres and town centre. All apartments are ensuite, have a private kitchen, comfortable living area, flat-screen TV, DVD player, DAB radio and there is excellent WiFi too. Beds are fully made up using professionally laundered, crisp white bed linen, sumptuous mattress toppers, cosy duvets and guests have a choice of pillows.
