We have the ideal location for business travelers, interns, tourists, and cycling aficionados. The apartment features a full kitchen connected to the living area, a bedroom, and a full bath and can sleep up to 5. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac in North Orem with off-street parking, we are within easy driving distance to I-15, BYU, UVU, just minutes away from Provo Canyon and Sundance Ski Resort. For cyclists, we have locked and covered bicycle storage and are near the trail system.
Our apartment has everything included: bathroom, kitchenette (with dishes), linens, privacy, a private deck with Adirondack chairs for enjoying the beginning or end of a day. Off the main roads enough to be blissfully quiet, close enough to access the highway and mountains in 5 min. A nice bed, extra futon space, everything less than a year old. Off street parking for one car (on the gravel next to the driveway). It's our little slice of heaven and we are excited to share it with you!
Clean, sanitized, and completely private. Our walk-out basement apartment is new, modern, and conveniently located close to Provo and Orem in a secluded golf course community. We meticulously clean the entire suite and launder fresh linens and towels for every guest’s stay. We're 5 min away from I-15 and the Orem train station, 30 min from Sundance, and 45-60 min the from SLC airport and Park City. Enjoy our peaceful neighborhood with views of the Sleepy Ridge golf course and Utah Lake.
“Sterkt anbefalt. Nydelig sted i et vakkert nabolag. Romslig sted, egnet for 4. Rent, fantastisk interiørdesign. Fantastisk utsikt fra soverommet, stuen og rundt naboene. Vi likte å rusle rundt i nabolaget, da hver vinkel er perfekt! Du trenger en bil for å dra til steder, men Uber og Lyft er lett tilgjengelige når som helst, da dette er et universitetsområde. Så det er veldig praktisk. Vi valgte Little Utah som vi trengte for å besøke Spanish Fork og Lehi, så dette vakre hjemmet er midt i begge deler. Walmart ligger mindre enn 2 miles unna. Bilutleiefirmaer ligger innen 10 miles unna.”
