Room #1 is one of 4 rooms available here at the Centreville Steamboat Inn and is the only bedroom on the first floor that has a king size bed and lots of very relaxing space. Built in the late 1840s and originally named the Centreville Hotel, the Inn is located on the Historic Old Spanish Trail. Early travelers used the Steamboats to travel the gulf coast and local bayous. They would use the hotel while in the area to visit or to do business with the sugar planters, fur traders, slave traders.

Room #3 The Centerville Steamboat Inn dates back to the 1840s. The Inn is located in the center of town and has seen much history in this area. It was originally named the Centreville Hotel, later The Kennedy Hotel and now The Centerville Steamboat Inn. It was originally described as being a hotel/house where travelers traveling on steamboats on the Bayou Tech would check in for a stay. The proprietor lived on the first floor and rented rooms on the second and third floors.
