Our cottage is located halfway in between the owner's primary residences right off I75 or 127. Newly refreshed, with quaint charm and modern comfort. Within a 3 minute walk is public access swimming points on Higgins Lake. A well maintained 6 slip boat launch with ample parking is 1 mile from the property and 1 mile further is the long standing Silver Dollar Bar and and Restaurant. Close to trails for recreation. Cottage is privately situated in a well established neighborhood on 1 acre.
