My town is located: -20-25 mins approx. from Tulum (downtown) -35-40 mins approx. from Playa del Carmen (downtown) -2 hrs. approx. from Cancun (downtown) If you don’t have a car, or don’t know how to get to this place, please feel free to contact me to get more recommendations on transportation you can use. This is a LOCAL EXPERIENCE. You will get to know, not only these cenotes that have seen us grow up, but places with a lot of meaning to us. We will ride on our bicycles through our hometown making our way to three different cenotes around our community. Physical wear with the bicycles is minimum. We spend most of the time in the water. Riding the bicycles will be, 20-25 mins(total). Distance from cenote to cenote is 5-10 mins. Come experience the wonderful world of the honeybee where we encourage you to take pictures. We begin our 1 1/2 hour experience near Tampa, Florida. I have several different locations to choose from ranging from Farm to urban areas. The address showing will not be the place that you will have your experience. After you book I will send out the location. It will be either Lutz, Odessa, or S. Saint Petersburg. If you book first, I can be flexible as to location. We will begin with a demonstration of the equipment used in beekeeping as well as dressing up in our full bee suits and then immediately start the hands-on experience. At this point you will be able to see, feel, hear and touch apis mellifera (the European honey bee!) as I guide you to a better understanding of these amazing creatures. During our time together you will manipulate equipment, ask questions and get a practical appreciation of the bees. After, you will enjoy a refreshment while we discuss your recent experiences. Upon completion, we provide a 5 oz honey jar and honey dipper to say thank you for being a beekeper for a day! Things to note: PLEASE BRING BOOTS or Tennis shoes. There is always a chance of getting stung, So if you are allergic to bees please choose a different experience. We want you to come away feeling alive and in tune with the natural world. You will be wearing a full bee suit.

Your 1.5+ hour interactive nature experience with the bees begins with a multimedia overview of the life of a bee. You’ll see a hive and learn how to hold a frame (without squishing the bees -they don’t like that). We’ll get suited up. Light a smoker. Do a safety check, and approach the hive. At the hive you’ll see and feel the power of propolis (a supplement for humans as well) -- its the glue bees use to seal up the hive. We’ll lift the lid and go inside. For some, that’s might be as far as they want to go. But, if you’re adventurous, we will do a complete hive inspection: Pull frames to see how the bees create honey and keep the colony alive. You’ll see open “wet cells” of nectar that are still in the process of transforming into honey. You’ll see capped honey, tiny freshly laid eggs and all the stages of bee development ( larvae, caped brood, and newly emerging “baby bees”). I’ll show you how beekeepers help control pests (other insects and diseases) and keep the bees healthy so they can do their important work. You’ll hold frames of bees and feel the weight of a full frame of honey when compared to a frame of bees. There’s always time for selfies. You’ll sample honey & enjoy a cold beverage sweetened with honey. This is Ecco tourism with some of mother nature’s most important workers.

Guests will enjoy an experience on our small, family-run hobby farm. They will have the opportunity to cuddle with our goats, pet our miniature cows, get up close and personal with our friendly turkey, and take in the beautiful scenery of our farm. The first portion of the tour is guided animal interactions, but then guests are able to wander and take in the beauty of the property, enjoy their own picnic lunch, or fish in our catch-and-release pond!

Ancient culinary techniques, fresh ingredients, tortillas made from scratch, flavors of our traditional Mexico, everything is set and carefully curated for a cultural and gastronomical immersion to the deepest traditions and roots of our Mesoamerican civilizations. In a beautiful Mexican-style house, surrounded by gardens, our Culinary Experience starts off with a brief, yet quite informative, introduction to the essential flavors and ingredients of Mexican cuisine We will also do a mezcal tasting so you can learn how to identify a good one! Then, moving on to the unique experience of preparing an authentic Mexican meal from scratch! We try to always use traditional utensils, like metate and molcajete, to have a real cooking experience. Tras la visita emprenderemos al melipona río nos dirigiremos a nuestra unidad de manejo ambiental para conocer de cerca las actividades e iremos por un sendero en la jungla hasta llegar a 200 metros a un magnifico cenote subterráneo donde podrás zambullirte y nadar en sus aguas iluminadas y cristalinas.

Finally, we will enjoy tasting the different plates that we prepared and, in that moment, when we are laughing and sharing our personal stories under the rhythm of drums, you will realize that the simple act of eating assumes mystical dimensions and has the power to bring strangers together like family. At the end of the day you will know how flavors, music and dance tell the story of the desires and struggles of our African ancestors. This experience focuses on the difficult process of making a cigar. From the hand of an experienced cigar roller we will learn to make an examplar, we will explain all the specificities that accompany the process of making this product, from the time it is grown, until it reaches your hands. This will be the perfect time for our CIGAR CHALLENGE, after which we will reward the best cigar roller of the experience. After choosing our winner (special ceremony included), we will go on to what we consider to be an authentic ritual: the smoking of the habano, action that we will combine with other delights, giving way to an excellent pairing among cigars, rum and coffee. And then, SURPRISE, a second contest!! We will be competing among each other to select the person who manages to keep the longest cigar ash, and the one who best performs some other tricks we will be teaching you. This is called: LONG ASH CONTEST. At the end of the experience more gifts will come, and that is because we do not want you to leave without taking with you souvenirs related to this experience, so you will be bringing home with you some amazing memories but also little things that will forever remind you of Cuba. ¿Estás list@ para cenotear? Visitaremos 2 cenotes y 1 hacienda (hermoso edificio histórico) en este día de aventura en la jungla maya y probablemente (con suerte) los tendremos solo para nosotros (según la temporada y el día) o al menos no encontraremos una multitud en ellos. (Perfecto para familias, parejas, grupos de amigos y viajeros solos). El primero es un cenote de caverna, con agua azul safiro (no fría) desde donde apreciaremos hasta el fondo del mismo. El segundo cenote es un círculo abierto de forma perfecta con una increíble agua esmeralda rodeado por árboles. Disfruta de las impresionantes vistas de estas formaciones rocosas con millones de años mientras nadas, exploras, flotas, ¡saltas desde casi 10 mts! (solo para los más aventureros) o simplemente te relajas en cada uno de estos cenotes tomando fotos. Permaneceremos de 45 mins a 1 hra (dependiendo de ti) en cada cenote, sin prisas. Te daremos la bienvenida a @villalagunabuenaonda.37 nuestro hogar a orilla de la Laguna y con una vista increíble a las islas de las aves y de la pasión. Llegando te ofreceremos un cóctel de bienvenida para presentarnos y platicaremos sobre su experiencia en el baile para ir viendo como manejar la sesión. Daremos una clase de salsa para aprender a bailar y moverse con el ritmo latino. También, veremos lo que podemos mejorar y perfeccionar. Empezaremos con un calentamiento y con unos ejercicios sencillos para aprender los pasos fundamentales y estar en ritmo con la música. Después, aplicaremos lo mismo en pareja para seguir compartiendo con otras personas cambiando de compañero/a varias veces para sentir diferentes conexiones. Dependiendo de cómo nos sentimos, añadiremos diferentes movimientos bailando y evoluaremos tomando en cuenta nuestras aptitudes. Al final de la clase, repetiremos todo desde el inicio y tomaremos fotos y videos para tener recuerdos bonitos de alegría y amistades. Compartiremos el guacamole de la casa hecho con mucho amor y platicaremos sobre nuestras sensaciones durante la experiencia. Será un gran placer poder organizar una noche de baile juntos en los bares bonitos de Bacalar que ofrecen música en vivo para practicar lo que hemos aprendido. Programa 1 - Bienvenida: Recorrido por Albero Dulce + Tisana Bienvenida Una vez que los invitados acceden al espacio son recibidos por las anfitrionas con una tisana de Bienvenida preparada con plantas cultivadas en la huerta familiar. Se hace un recorrido por los espacios de la Residencia Albero Dulce para entrar en un clima familiar como en casa. 2 - Clase de Vinyasa Yoga Una combinación entre movimientos fluidos y la respiración, donde el único propósito es escuchar las sensaciones del propio cuerpo. Clase enfocada en sentir, explorar y escanear las distintas emociones y encontrar La Paz interior. 3 - Brunch en el jardín Terminada la clase, los invitados disfrutaran de un maravilloso Brunch con diversos platos elaborados con productos frescos de la huerta urbana de la casa y productos locales de temporada. Nuestro mayor deseo es que los participantes se sientan parte de nuestra propia familia, que se integren de una manera natural y relajada. Hemos escogido el horario de la mañana porque resulta beneficiosa a nivel energético la práctica del yoga y empezar el día con una energía alineada y enfocada. Want to do something different while you’re staying in Mérida? Come spend the morning in a local park observing the wide variety of birds the city is home to! We will visit a park within Mérida that is perfect for casual, relaxed birding. We start the morning with your choice of café y panecito or juice and fresh fruit in the southeast of the city at the Acuaparque, a place where migratory and resident birds congregate. The park has a large pond, which is a perfect habitat for birds to search for food and shelter. As we walk through the park we will look for herons, warblers, motmots, doves and raptors like ospreys, roadside hawks and snail kites. The walk is easy and on paved, shaded paths throughout the park, and it is best enjoyed in the early morning while the birds are most active. The tour is designed for all levels of experience–no prior bird knowledge required! It’s an activity that focuses on mindfulness and connecting with the place you’re in. We will also give you a quick digiscoping lesson, so you can use your phone and the binoculars to take photos to show your friends and family after the tour.

This tour is a behind-the-scenes look at the actual history and culture of New Orleans, and a chance to stand in the footsteps of beloved actors and actresses throughout the historic French Quarter.

Our guests will get to experience sailboarding also known as windsurfing. A once popular sport in the 80s and 90s, windsurfing represents the ultimate adventure and sense of freedom. Now making a comeback windsurfing is starting to regain popularity, and we are glad to be one of the few places where you can still learn and enjoy this beautiful sport. By harnessing the power of the wind, the guest gets to experience sailing from point A to B and back. This guided experience features extra large (paddle board sized) boards fitted with small and lightweight sails which just about anyone can handle from kids to adults. In addition, the host is on the water along with the guests during the hands-on portion. It is a family-friendly endeavor, but no more than two guests are on the water at a time. The activity takes about two hours, and we meet on beautiful Lake Fairview just five minutes north of Downtown Orlando.

The Austin Texas House E Bike tour departs from The Austin Texas House located in the South Congress Shopping District SoCo. Explore Austin on our New E Bikes! Experience Austin like a local all while seeing Austin's famous murals, city landmarks, and South Congress Avenue. Along the way, take in views of the downtown skyline, Lady Bird Lake and the hike and bike trail and visit the Texas State Capitol and Rainey St. It's the best way to see and experience Austin in a short amount of time. When you arrive, we will go over the basics of E Bikes and fit you for a helmet. Tours last 2 hours once we depart.
