Tucked away in tranquil Dean Park Historic District. Built in 1925, this carriage house has been completely renovated in 2016. It is over garage, there are stairs. Stroll to downtown Fort Myers River District, and enjoy the restaurants, nightlife, and cultural events. Take advantage of all the activities the area has to offer, and at the end of the day come back to this peaceful oasis. Our place can accommodate couples, older children ( inflatable twin size bed), business travelers. No pets.
PLEASE NOTE: The cottage is separate from our house and living quarters. The bathroom is private and not shared with anyone. We take special precautions to thoroughly clean and disinfect the bedroom and bathroom after each guest. You’ll love our place because of the location, the people, the ambiance, the outdoors space, and the neighborhood. We have a dog and a cat. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
Everyone is welcome at my home! I will not be home during your stay and the home will be ALL yours with NO other guest sharing the space. My home is clean, quiet, and in a nice neighborhood, in NW Cape Coral. HEATED salt water pool and hot tub. Enjoy the beautiful palm trees and gorgeous sunset. Local groceries are nearby as well as some great restaurants. PG airport 30 mins / RSW airport 40 minutes / Ft. Myers Beach and Sanibel Island 45 minutes (traffic depending, this may change in season)
