Our pasta-making class is fun, creative, interesting, professional, and will turn you into an Italian pasta expert!
I am Federico, a professional pasta maker, and under my guidance, you will learn every secret about making fresh pasta.
It's a hands-on experience, so be prepared to pull up your sleeves and put your hands in the dough!
You will knead, cut, roll and fill ravioli, tagliatelle, tagliolini and a lot of different kind of pasta with semolina!
I will prepare with you authentic, fresh Italian pasta, with or without eggs, in different shapes and sizes and I will teach you the secrets of making colored pasta and stuffed pasta.
I will help know the best filling and sauces for your pasta dishes.

After making the pasta, we will all eat together. Drinks and desserts are included ( tiramisù/profitteroles home made)

Recipes are all based on freshness, high quality of ingredients, tradition, and, most of all my long experience.
With my expert guidance, you will be mastering homemade pasta in your own kitchen like a pro!

This class is highly recommended for families with kids.
Other things to note
It will be an informal cooking class, as with friends; there is no particular dress code, the important thing is that you relax and have fun.

I look forward to welcoming you to the well-equipped, safe and comfortable space of "Bigoli pastificio", a real pasta factory and pasta shop, in one of the most dynamic districts of Milan, a short distance from the Prada Foundation and a few steps from the "Porta Vittoria" metro station. Bigoli is a professional and at the same time familiar place, equipped with all the kitchen tools to prepare homemade pasta.

One WWord generosity. Federico la passionate, he created a professional place with a warm and dedicated teaching touch. He takes time, and check, correct and explain every step. We finally eat our meal. Stunning ! Huge thanks. The location might be a bit outside of Milano, the access by bus is easy and you must do it. Lovely.

Don’t hesitate anymore, this is the place to be in Milan to learn how to make pasta. Frédérico is very friendly and able to adapt courses to différent audiences both young and old. The experience was incredible. During three hours we cooked with other foreign people and shared a diner. With our three children we will remember this evening for a long time.

This pasta class, given by Federico, was truly amazing and such a great add to my trip in Milan. Federico is such a lovely and friendly host. You just feel right at ease with him and his passion for pasta and story about how he became a pasta master was so heartwarming. I love cooking and baking and learnt so many new things in this class! Afterwards, the pasta tasted amazing and Federico even prepared a delicious dessert. Please do this course when you’re in Milan; you definitely won’t regret it!

A friend of mine had already visited this great pasta making course before and recommended it to me. It was absolutely amazing and so much fun! Federico and his team are super dedicated and passionate about what they do and you can immediately tell that working with them in their pasta lab. We made two different types of pasta, one for dinner on the spot and one to take home. Federico explained the recipes and what to watch out for when making fresh pasta based on different dough types, while being a great and entertaining host. It was a fun hands-on experience to share with friends and I can only recommend it! I don't think you will find a more enthusiastic and passionate pastaio in Milan to share his grandmother's best recipes with you ;-)

Date night with my girlfriend was a success. Federico met our expectations and more. The food was delicious and educational as well. If you are looking for a family environment as your learning the different techniques of northern and southern pasta making this is your place!
