Hi, we're Ernesto and Gloria and we want to offer you this Healing Vacation Experience. We have been practicing some techniques in order to be present that in our experience is Mindfulness. In short words, Mindfulness is the ability of being PRESENT. When you are not thinking in the past or in the future, you are experiencing life, so, you are like a child. The difference between a child and an adult is that little kids are living life, and adults are thinking life. Adults have an average of 60,000 thoughts per day. Imagine, 60,000 THOUGHTS PER DAY! And those thoughts are about the past and the future. We are stressed, because we are thinking too much. In order to being present, bellow are the 6 practices that we are going to do: 1) HATA YOGA (Gloria) 2) LIFE BALANCE WORKSHOP (Ernesto) 3) ART OF PRESENCE WORKSHOP (Ernesto) 4) LAUGHING YOGA (Ernesto) 5) MEDITATION (Gloria and Ernesto) 6) GESTALT THERAPY (Ernesto) BLESSINGS AND KEEP ENJOYING THE PARADISE!! Hello, my name is Ernesto and I am the author of the book: "When I Heal, Everyone Heals". I graduated in Business Administration (ITESM 1998) but my passion has been always psicology, that's why in 2005 I had the fortune to find my teacher with whom I study for 312 hours in a NLP Practitioner Training & Certification Course. I decide to do this experience inside my consultory, a house with 2 rooms, kitchen and a big patio so, we'll be able to do the mindfulness workshop and cook breakfast at the same time :) In sunny days we can take a break between excercises in order to visit the Fish Market that is 10 minutes walking in order to buy fruits, vegetables and, if you want, we can buy fish in order to teach you one of my secret recepies TOSTADAS DE CEVICHE!!!
