Launch kayaks for an unforgettable primitive experience on wild Florida isalnds, accessible only by boat. We leave the highway sounds of US 1 behind and delve into a world where fish school through shallow flats and stingrays lay silent at the bottom of turquoise blue channels. Our small group primitive camping trips range from 3 to 5 days. Quality sea kayaks, camping gear, all meals, and instruction is provided. Just show up with your suitcase! Our 3-day trips are geared to novice kayakers, who have SOME experience paddling, but are not necessarily experts (yet!). Camping experience is not required, as we will show you how.

Paddle with the Authors of the award-winning "Florida Keys Paddling Atlas." We literally "wrote the book" on navigating the fantastic mangrove islands of the entire 100-mile coral island chain, from Key Largo to Key West, as well as a how-to book, "Kayaking for Everyone." Bill and Mary Burnham are the only guides offering fully-outfitted kayak camping experiences in the Florida Keys, plus the full Key Largo to Key West (KL2KW) expediiton. The Burnhams have spent over 15 years exploring and guiding the intricacies of these islands, from local tides to Keys character and history.
