Dette kommer dere til å gjøre
Imagine walking a Mediterranean beach and getting in touch with your mind, body & feelings while connecting to the earth. We all are fluent speakers of our native language, but how fluent are we in our first language which is movement? I invite you in a body-meditative walk to explore the idea of "fluent walking". In our walk, we will shift our attention towards sensory modalities like auditory, haptic and kinesthetic. In that way we will challenge our system to experiment and find new ways to balance. At the same time we will create a new motif that supports the easy-shifting between different sensory modalities. We will work individually and also as a team, helping each other, and facilitating the whole process with breathing techniques.
I am a psychologist and a body oriented psychotherapist. My practice is based on the body-mind connection. I work with individuals or groups and I organize workshops and lectures all around Crete and Athens. Since my childhood I was the “game-inventor” for the group and the one who was inviting others to discover things together. My passion and research the last 5 years is on how aware are we when walking and carrying our weight in space. In my free time I am a musician and playwright. Hiking and sailing are two of my favorite hobbies. I dance tango and lindy hop.
