I live in Choeng Doi, just outside of Chiang Mai on a beautiful property surrounded by naturally flowing stream and rice fields. While in a quiet rural setting it is close distance to urban facilities, restaurants, local markets, and temples. Yoga Retreat in Nature 1. We can start our day with 30 to 60 min of morning mindful walking and guided sitting meditation. 2. Afterward we’ll explore our neighbor’s rice field and learn about the rice cycle 3. Then we will practice 1 hour of morning yoga in my studio or in our beautiful garden which is big enough to hold 20 people). I will adapt to your level or eventual limitations. 4. After yoga practice, we will share a delicious brunch that I prepare myself. 5. Afterward you can have a bike ride to explore Wat Phra That Doi Saket Temple : Breathtaking temple! (10 min bike from our property) and the very nice and authentic local market nearby 6. You could go for a tea or cup of coffee in the beautiful garden at the BaanPa's Cafe. 7. At 4.00 pm we can practice mindfulness and meditation. It’s optional. 8. In the afternoon at 5pm we will do our evening practice, a more relaxing style of yoga called Restorative Yoga. 9. At the end of the day we can walk to Baan Na garden restaurant Note: Coffee/dinner is optional and on your own expenses.
I am Thai and I began my yoga & meditation journey over 10 years ago when I was living in New York City. I earned my teacher certification from New York City. I currently teach yoga & meditation in Choeng Doi within 20 min from Chiang Mai city. My commitment is to deepen my exploration of Mindfulness, Meditation & Yoga combined with Thai & Western cultures and wisdoms. My passion is to spread positivity and inspires everyone to begin their practice and open themselves up to the possibility of change in their lives. I teach Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Power Flow, Gentle Therapeutic, Yin, Restorative and also Mindfulness and Meditation. After 1 day of practice you will already feel more energetic and clear minded. But in my opinion you should come back in our wonderful place to really feel rejuvenate and free of stress.
