I will welcome my guests in the dining room, where I will offer them a small welcome drink. Afterwards we will move to the kitchen where I will show the ingredients and explain the various preparations. Each ingredient has its own history and specificity. Those that I will personally propose will be organic and as far as possible at km 0. The recipes will be those typical of the Roman tradition, we will respect them and we will enhance them in their most important steps. First of all: -Amatriciana (my favourite) -Gricia -Carbonara Seconds: -Meatballs -Roman style wiggle -Second vegetarian Side dish: -Seasonal vegetables No problem to offer a vegetarian menu to those who request it! Guests can take an active part in the preparation of lunch or dinner, and through their actions they can learn and then propose these recipes to their friends and relatives. After cooking we will move to the dining room for the meal, which will be consumed, for those who want, with good wine. Finally, I will propose to my guests various photographs and explanations on the activities that Comparte ONLUS carries out in Guatemala.
I worked in the field of Roman cuisine for 3 years gaining many technical skills. There are two things that interest me about Rome: cooking and the history of art. In both cases I deepen, study and until I really get in touch I keep looking. Three are the first most famous of Roman cuisine: the amatriciana, the carbonara and the gricia. Among these three, my favorite is certainly the amatriciana. I am the treasurer of Comparte and I follow the main projects of the association from Italy.
Comparte is a non-profit organization founded by three young Romans with the aim of promoting social innovation projects. We are three under 28 lovers of cooking. We live between Rome and Latin America always looking for new stimuli. Our passion for finding ingredients has led us to find the best gastronomic compromise.
