Today we will create 3 sterling silver stacking rings. 2 accent/design bands will be created first to build up your skills and confidence with the torch. :) Then we will create our main focal band with textures and a gem stone of your choosing. In our 3 hours together, we will learn to size, texture, form, and solder our rings. Polishing the piece is next, then we will set the stone to complete these unique rings for you to wear home or give as a gifts for that someone special. Come and explore, create, and experience this exciting and hand-on jewelry adventure. Please keep in mind that each gemstone is hand-cut and polished, and some variations in color can occur. I will have several gems stones for you to choose from. :)

I have a Masters Degree in metalsmithing, jewelry design and fabrication. I have been working and teaching in the jewelry field for 25+ years and have taught at several Universities and Colleges throughout this time. In 2008 I opened the Blink Gallery and extended the gallery environment to include a full jewelry teaching studio. Blink Gallery allows for 1-5 students to learn skills in a comforting, hands-on environment. This intimate learning atmosphere allows for each student to achieve success in their designs and create jewelry that they can be proud to wear home or give as gifts. :)
