Kundalini Yoga is a dynamic system combining breathing, movement, stretching, postures, meditation, the use of sound and rhythm, relaxation and meditation, brought to North America by Yogi Bhajan in 1968, but has evolved over thousands of years, originating in India. As there are a wide variety of exercises and meditations utilized in Kundalini Yoga, it can be adapted to address many specific health applications, such as Alzheimer, menopause, addiction, etc. A typical class is 90 minutes long and consists of: - Tuning in with Adi Mantra - Warm up/Pranayama - Kriya/Yoga set, a sequence of postures for specific effects - Savasana/Active relaxation (integration) - Meditation - Closing with Long Time Sun - Prayer/Affirmation
Born and raised in Bali, Indonesian with most of my adult life spent in Toronto, Canada, I am a Level 2 Kundalini Yoga Teacher, Associate Teacher Trainer member of KRI Aquarian Trainer Academy. Other than being a teacher, I am also a holistic wellness and lifestyle coach and Reiki Master Teacher. I am passionate about empowering others to make life-affirming choices and inspiring them to find their own gateways to wholeness (Sat Nam).

We will hold our Kundalini class in a special and unique shala, located in the heart of Ubud, Bali. Shala is situated in a small and cozy street, within walking distance from Ubud centre and all the main sights, attractions and activities.
