I want to share how to make "Japanese vegan cuisine" which is not just ramen or sushi. Of course 100% plant-based! We cook Japanese traditional cuisine which is like brown rice, miso soup and two or three different kinds of side dishes together. First, we cook miso soup. I'll teach you how to make dashi which is Japanese broth too. Then, we cook some side dishes which are made with fresh seasonal organic veggies, tofu, soy beans, hijiki seaweed, etc. All ingredients we use are organic or natural and we use no artificial flavors and no chemical additives. We enjoy very healthy and satisfying meal and let's have a talk! I can tell you some good places, food or shops for gifts in Tokyo. Also I serve homemade vegan desserts after the meal. I want you to taste and feel the season of Japan so the menu depends on the season. ※If the schedule doesn't work for you, please let me know and arrange my schedule!

Organic Japanese tea
I'd lived in Canada for about one year and worked at WHOLE FOODS MARKET for a couple of months. I had many people who are vegan for health or the environment there and I was inspired. I've loved cooking since I was a kid so I started my cooking classes for "organic and Japanese 100% plant-based cuisine" in Tokyo. Also I serve lunch every Friday at Daikanyama. I always use fresh seasonal organic veggies which are directly from farmers who I've met and visited. I'd like to share how delicious they are and their ambition for growing veggies . For not only people who are vegan but also not vegan!

It takes about just 20 min by train form Shinjuku or Shibuya, 5 min by train from Kichijoji to the station we meet and our place is very close to the station. Easily accessible! We cook together in our cosy place which has a garden.
