Full 2 course Strudelmeal will be provided. You definitely will NOT leave hungry:) Austria and Strudel stick together like: Salzburg and Mozart, Love and marriage, Maria and singing....you are welcome to bring some more examples:) We will meet in front of Salzburger Sparkasse 5 minutes ahead of beginning and will walk 2 minutes to my place. There we will have a refreshing welcome drink. Once we feel like getting started I will explain the recipy and process for Strudel - easy to follow for everybody. Listening to SOM as we prepare the food i will give you a better idea of austrian culture. You have to peel and cut the apples - while I prepare the filling of the surprise Strudel (spoiler: some savory vegetarien Strudle - for example with cabbage or polenta or potatos or couscous) - If the dough is ready for using I do the first Strudel (main dish) while you watch - which goes right away in the oven to be ready after around 30 minutes. Now it is your turn and each pair can try to make their own Appelstrudel for dessert. If your Strudel is ready you can enjoy it with vanilla cream. I provide coffee, tee or cold drinks. No alcohol. Yeahhh - let`s change the world with STRUDEL!!
