I am offering a private dining experience with delicious food, in a breathtaking, waterfront setting. The experience will begin with light grazing. Guests will then begin a thoughtfully crafted meal on the beach. They will enjoy a pre-fixe dinner showcasing Tampa Bay’s finest local ingredients. I will work with guests to customize each menu to accommodate existing dietary needs and restrictions. Book now to enjoy a memorable, immersive dining experience unlike any other you’ve ever enjoyed.
Please note, if there is any chance of inclement weather on the date you book, you are more than welcome to request a refund due to hazardous weather via Airbnb support. You also have the option to reschedule your experience or request that I host your group indoors. I just ask that you decide before I confirm your menu and begin preparing your experience.

I am a classically chef, trained under the French culinary tradition. I have studied and worked under the tutelage of some of the culinary world's most celebrated chefs. I chose a career in hospitality after separating from the United States Army. I have built a noteworthy career in fine dining working closely with the industry’s finest culinarians. I have been recognized by trade associations including the James Beard Foundation, National Restaurant Association, and the Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association International. It is my pleasure to serve and I look forward to giving you a dining experience you'll never forget.

Brittany's private catered beach dining experience was a wonderful way to celebrate my wife's 60th birthday. Brittany found a nice private stretch of sand and had our dining table all set up when we arrived. We are vegan eaters and she prepared a gourmet meal that met our needs. From her planning of the meal to preparing the location to cooking the food and providing attentive waiting, the experience was first-class in every respect. A great romantic sunset dinner for two!
