The real adventure begins as we ascend to the hip and vibrant neighborhood of Capital Hill. We’ll discover tranquility and harmony with each step, as well as some incredible, picturesque views through secret—hidden—spots. And MUCH MORE: enjoy a specially refreshing guided meditation, find & identify local edible plants, spend quality time with maginificant trees & a plethora of flowers...while calmly journeying through/past five unique parks in just over a mile—all ending with a wonder-FULL, real, wishing tree experience (you’ve never seen the likes of this!). Aloha! My friend’s call me Dey, I am a practicing Yogi & Meditation Coach who founded deydreaming.com (a site dedicated to embracing the wonderful things in life). As a true explorer I’ve lived in many places around the world (incl. San Diego, Denver, Italy, the Dominican Republic, Mexico & most recently China) about four years ago I finally grew roots here in Seattle—it happened quite suddenly as I was meditating out on the lake one day my spirit grounded and expanded, and just like that I knew that the Emerald City was home. I look forward to sharing places that not even true Seattleites have discovered, and—along with secret spots I’ve explored—I’ll also share with you some mindfulness tools that helped me to thrive in China (and forevermore change my perspective about life). This experience ends 1.3 miles east of starting point. Sometimes it rains and the path gets muddy (but it's manageable). Stairs are steep. Appropriate shoes are required —as well as a beginners mind.
