Great opportunity to take your cocktail making to the next level; I've made Old Fashioneds many times, but the little details from the class resulted in the best one I've ever had. Similarly for the other drinks--and having them tailored to what people like and have available makes it great for anyone. Highly recommended!

This was very fun and very worthwhile. One member of our group has a particularly tough-to-please palate, what was great was that we were resultantly guided to drinks that would work for her flavor profile, working with what we had to end up with a great final drink! Would recommend this experience to people looking for a fun time learning how to make cocktails!

I organised the cocktail experience for a small group of us to celebrate a birthday and we all thoroughly enjoyed the experience. It was great fun to make new cocktails based on what you have at home. Karim was very knowledgeable and demystified the art of cocktail making. We are now all inspired to make more cocktails!

He provided a unique experience tailored to the ingredients we had; tweeking here and there as needed (example: we didn’t have a blender). We learned the science behind the perfect cocktail and even tried a few that I probably wouldn’t ever order off a menu. (Umm, did he just ask us if we had an egg?! Yep. He did. ) Try something new, you never know, you might be pleasantly surprised.
