Welcome to Zen Eating.
I truly believe eating mindfully promotes your happiness by clicks your mind to appreciate everything that surrounds you.
You can be happy with that appreciation right then.

I will take you on a 1-hour journey of eating meditation that brings you peaceful and joyful energy.

My session with you is structured in three parts.

First, we will meet online and chat via Zoom. Then this experience begins with getting in touch with the philosophy of zen knowing how to eat mindfully to make the later part more comfortable for you.
I will guide you to induce relaxation through simple exercise and breathing techniques.

Next, we start eating in a calm and relaxed state with my guide for 20-25min.
Eating is one of the practices in Buddism. I extract the essence of Buddhist teachings.
You may feel the connection with people, food and nature. We’ll explore the peace world while eating with full of joy.
Eating together in calm will leave you feeling more grounded.

Finally, we take a moment to share what we feel together. Sharing your mind, thought and feeling is helpful for you to clear your mind and have a positive feeling.

it was an amazing experience..!! unique and relaxing. Momo is personally very warm and friendly. it was my first encounter with the zen eating and I totally loved it .. highly recommended for every one

I still feel today that yesterday was a really great time. Even the next day, the abundance of time is still coming. I've done the eating meditation itself before, but Momoe's Zen Eating was different. She was very polite and also felt a strong sense of professionalism. Because of her, I could spend so special time.

I was hoping to learn about mindful eating, but I got way more than I anticipated. Momo was extremely helpful and this was an very educational meditation experience. Having tried some 25+ online experiences and coming to Momo’s with more than 25 years of zen-Buddhist practice I can only say: COMPLETELY EXCEPTIONAL. It‘ll truly transform what you. Momo’s approach is infinitely gentle and minutely attentive. She guides you through the ancient zen-Buddhist practice of Mindful Eating making it 100% experiential. It will powerfully startle you out of your old, mindless eating habits causing so many of us so much pain, discomfort, ill health and shame. Reading, listening or talking about Mindful Eating does not make you know how to do it. So here is what struck me as a once-in-lifetime opportunity: a deeply personal step-by-step guidance session with a very gentle soul who will teach you how to actually practice Mindful Eating. Genuinely transformative. Most highly recommended. PS: it’s also one of those top-quality Airbnb online experiences which make you wonder how this can even actually be possible: a one-on-one session with a true expert (and incredibly warm human!) for the price of a cup of coffee and of which 20% (!) then flow straight into Airbnb in commissions.
