If your body is in need of a release, this experience is for you.

I’ll walk you through trigger point therapy, which is useful for treating skeletal muscle immobility and pain. Focusing on myofascial release, our session will relax contracted muscles, improve blood, oxygen, and lymphatic circulation; and stimulate the stretch reflex in muscles. Interestingly, there are many small muscles that affect your daily life. What's unique about trigger point therapy is that you can apply it for pain that you’ve had for years. It can help with arthritis, joint pain, headaches, tooth pain, and even the quality of your vision.

The experience will be adjusted to the individual or group needs. I'll explain the importance and benefits of this therapy, how it works, and where the pain is coming from. To release each trigger point, we’ll use different sizes of balls. For example, a golf ball, tennis ball, lacrosse ball, softball, or baseball. We’ll also use a foam roller. Don’t worry if you don’t have some of this equipment—there are plenty of household items that you’re able to use, as well as your hands, fingers, and elbows.

Last but not least, you’ll gain valuable knowledge that you can use in the future to easily relieve the pain that concerns you at home.

I'm an Olympic pole vaulter and finalist of the 2016 Rio Games. I'm currently actively training for 2021 Tokyo Olympics.

I’ve learned yoga, meditation and yoga philosophy from Yoga master Vladimir Kalabin, Buddhist monks, and image medicine master Xu Mingtan at Shaolin temple, and I've been practicing it for over 10 years.

I've been studying and practicing trigger point and myofascial release techniques for several years through my athlete's career.

I'm also a martial arts expert and one of two certified instructors of the Warfare Combat system in the U.S.

From these non-traditional approaches, I know how to sync with the body and the power around and within us. I've learned how to manifest consciousness to its full potential and help incorporate these lessons into your life.

Paul is very friendly and explains and demonstrates in detail each part of trigger points. He makes sure you understand and locate the correct position. He also shares tips for general well being. Have learnt a lot from this session.

Trigger Piont Therapy med Pauls, har været meget mere givende og lærerigt end forventet. Han tager udgangspunkt i dine behov, og guider dig igennem øvelser på en rolig måde, hvor han samtidig forklarer kroppens sammenhænge. Det virker enkelt og ligetil når han forklarer, men det er også tydelig at det har en effekt på kroppen! Jeg har en forventning om at booke flere timer hos ham, da Trigger Point Therapy og tankene rundt dette, giver god mening for mig. Pauls er god til at guide en igennem øvelserne, og til at besvare alle de spørgsmål man måtte have! Kan klart anbefales!!!

Pauls is a total pro and really understands what the body needs - whether you’re a pro athlete or couch potato, trigger point therapy with Pauls is much needed! He helped me release so much tension in my neck from working from home in front of a computer all day and from my traps, hips and glutes. I learned so much and will be back for more for sure!

I really enjoyed this experience! I wasn't sure what to expect but Pauls asked us each to describe what we needed help with and catered to our specific needs. Loved trying out the techniques he taught us in the class and the info he shared after class too!

This class was really nice. I took this class after work. My body was so relaxed and had deep sleep. Pauls was friendly and checking all guests if they are doing all right. I think I will use tips that he taught usefully
