Online, you learn wellbeing via active laughter and the science behind it. By the end of the session your positivity and mood will be refreshed and you will have another tool to deal with stresses in life.

Embrace the proven psychological and physiological benefits of hearty laughter. Become more relaxed, promote great relationships and connectivity, take more emotional control.

The session may be delivered by Catherine, myself, or both. Enjoy a willingness to engage! Each session encourages simulated, tipping into spontaneous, laughter to support your wellbeing.

We start with the science, a fun London or mystery laughter tour and warm-up. We guide you through various activities, including some key ones that help to lift your mood and build resilience.

We develop some 'free laughter' and then cool down using proven humming techniques, a highly rated guided meditation and an inspiring poem. We discuss how to embrace laughter with friends, family and teams.

This Experience is great fun for team bonding across a whole organisation. Laughter brings people together. Book a private experience for your group. If you have special requirements, send me a message.

I practice neuroscience-based coaching to help people exploit their body chemistry for wellbeing. Catherine is an Applied Positive Psychological Practitioner coach. Her Masters was in Laughter that showed a statistically significant improvement in wellbeing for participants. We are both qualified laughter leaders.

We have been delivering high quality laughter sessions for several years to organisations, teams and charities both in person and online.

This laughter session is great for individuals and family, but also for corporate private group bookings too. We invite you to stand for the laughter activities and to avoid the distractions life brings from work or mobiles. This is a time for you!

It's a serious time with lots to worry about - thank goodness for this opportunity to laugh and let go. We did this activity with a work team and everyone really enjoyed it - would recommend whole-heartedly.

Tom and Catherine are fantastic facilitators, huge credit to them- especially over zoom! They worked really hard to make sure everyone felt involved and it was such a nice team bonding session. SO many laughs were had and we loved the meditation at the end too!

During this time of covid, it was a refreshing opportunity to gather with friends and intentionally share laughter together. I'm sure when we open our curtains tomorrow morning, we will be thinking of something humorous to start our day.! It's hard not to feel upbeat around Catherine and Tom! Thanks for a great experience.

We had a lot of fun. I wasn't sure if you can have a real fit of laughter from "fake" laughing tbh. But Tom and Catherine explained, that the brain can't distinguish between simulated and real. And after the warm-up and doing some simulated laughing I had a real laughing fit and it was great! Tom and Catherine are lovely and made us feel very comfortable. We loved the vibe, their approach and the overall message of the experience. We continued our day with throwing in some random laughter here and there.
