“Manchamanteles” Mole is a fruity mole sauce that originates from the Mexican state of Puebla. This versatile sauce can be served over pork loin, chicken, quesadillas, enchiladas or any dish of your choice. In our class, we will try adding mole to a Quesadilla, and then you can use the mole however you wish and have a creation of your own.

Mole can be a very complicated dish to prepare, and there are many ways to do it, but the Manchamantel Mole from Puebla can be the most desirable for this experience because it's an easy one to prepare, yet sophisticated enough to make it a great one.

This will be an interactive experience where you will learn how to prepare the Mole, ask as many questions as you have, and interact with other people doing the same thing to see who can make the very best mole. This is perfect for lunch or for dinner!

We really enjoyed our Mole experience with Jacinto. The directions prepared us well, the experience was relaxed and pretty straight forward, infused with personal stories and jokes. It was a nice way to spend our afternoon. The Mole was different than I had been accustomed to so I learned a new version and simple technique I feel confident I can replicate on my own. I recommend you give Jacinto an hour of your time, you won't regret it!

I love mole and wouldn't have been able to produce this without Jacinto's clear, direct, and friendly instruction. I appreciated his anecdotes while we prepared the mole and quesadillas very much. This is a fun and different online cooking experience in that I a) used a blender for chili peppers :) b) combined ingredients that I would not have considered combining together to create this dish. Really great stuff - thank you!

This was the first time I had made mole. I have always loved it but never made it myself. It was so easy the way Jacinto taught us. I’m hooked! This is a great experience and I highly recommend it! Thank you Jacinto for loving what you do.

Jacinto offered us a wonderful culinary experience. It felt like we were in his own kitchen. He made sure that everybody followed his pace.
