Ciao this Lucrezia and team, we are very excited to share Lucrezia Grandmum's recipes with you, live from Florence, Italy. We will make homemade pasta from scratch as well as a sauce using old techniques and you will listen to LIVE OPERA PERFORMANCE by an Opera singer.

We make 1 kind of HANDMADE PASTA and we teach you 2 kinds of pasta with the same dough. You don't need a pasta maker and you can substitute also with GLUTEN-FREE FLOUR.
VEGANS, VEGETARIANS options provided.

- Every day CAVATELLI PASTA - ideal also for Vegans and Gluten free (homemade pasta from South Italy) and I will explain to you how to make Pici pasta from Tuscany.

I am an energetic and enthusiastic swing dancer, saxophonist, sommelier of wines and a positive smiling person. I love traveling and practice yoga.
I have learned to cook with my grandmum when I was a kid at my old family Farmhouse dates back 1600 in the countryside of South Italy.

After my experience in the office in fine jewelry and in a Cooking & Event school, I have decided to bring all my passions in my own business, @Opera in The Kitchen which is a project about fusion of Opera music and food in harmony with nature.

It grew out of a childhood filled with memories of moments spent in my family farmhouse and passion for traditional cooking passed on by my mum and by grandmum.
My favorite recipe? Eggplant Parmesan

Lovely experience! The team accommodated to prepare another dish, eggplant parmigiana, and it was delicious and fun. Matteo, our host, was very friendly and talkative. Made an effort to switch from English to Spanish as we had an international crew. We were celebrating a birthday, so the team made it extra special. Maria even sang happy birthday in Italian! I recommend this experience for families or friends that are scattered around the world for a chance to reconnect while doing something entertaining (and delicious).

7 Girlfriends and I from different parts of the world had a BRILLLIANT time making cavatelli with Lucrezia. She was fun, knowledgeable and the pasta was scrumptious!
