Homemade stock, Duck, Salted Vegetable, Onion, Ginger, Dried Chinese Mushroom, Chinese Sour Plum and Kang's Family Spice Mix.
Vegetable - Sambal Petai (Stink Bean) with Dried Shrimp
Petai, Dried Prawn, Dried Chillies, Garlic, Shallot, Belachan, Candlenut and Tamarind Pulp
Meat / Seafood - Babi Pongteh (Fermented Soy Bean with Pork Stew)
Pork, Dried Chinese Mushroom, Potato, Bamboo Shoot, Fermented Soy Bean, Shallot and Garlic

This is a 93-sqm flat located in North Eastern part of Singapore. This is where I organise different culinary programs, it's where me and my family stay. It is a small but well-equipped kitchen and a dining room. The place has a Scandinavian style furniture with warm colours and several nice decors in order to create a friendly atmosphere.
