My first marathon was in Hawaii as part of Team Canadian Diabetes. As part of the team I was a volunteer guide runner for a blind runner. I have 10 years’ experience in ultra-running. There and back again: You’ll be running at a leisurely pace within Mississauga. We’ll be chatting and taking in nature as we run to and from a particular location. You'll get the unique experience of being guided by an ultra-runner and discover spots only locals know about. You'll be inspired to keep active and notice the little things in your life so that you can build your gratitude.

This is a leisurely run with more focus on talking, getting to know one another and noticing our surroundings, than an intense run. Our pace will never be faster than 4mph or 6.5kmph. Please pack light if you’re bringing water and food. And please dress appropriately for that day’s weather.
