I welcome the groups with a soft drink, wine or a beer and a gift that includes an apron and a small recipe book, it is a moment to greet and get to know each other a little bit before the class begins. Classes last from 2 to 3 hours. During this time the guests will learn how to prepare four very traditional Spanish recipes: Paella, Gazpacho, Prawns with Pil-Pil and Sangria. They we learn how to cut the vegetables, some "traditional" and gourmet tips to create a very tasty and professional fusion with well chosen ingredients as well as the right utensils to be used for each one. The intention is to learn and have fun during the process, so that they can prepare these dishes when they are back home. Every dish prepare will then be enjoyed by them. They are welcome to bring their own music playlist and to record the entire class either by photos or videos.
Hello, I am a professional chef more than 20 years of experience. I come from a long line of passionate food lovers in my family. They truly love cooking and I always thought that cooking was a very exquisite art, a thought that has stayed in my mind since. I have worked as a chef for nearly 3 years in NewYork, 1996 to 1999, for a well know restaurant. Then, went to Venezuela and opened my own restaurant in 2000 till 2007. I was approached by a restaurant in Caracas, to run their kitchen, as executive chef, where I was responsible for 2 different cuisines, traditional and international gourmet using my own recipes, which was a fusion of Japanese and Indian flavours. While I was their I realised that my customers had a passion to know how my food was prepared. So I started hosting cooking classes.

The kitchen is located in a very nice spot in Puerto Marina Benálmadena. A very comfortable kitchen, with very modern kitchen "toys", a terrace, and a small toillet. It is like an interactive restaurant, where you can help prepare the food while learning along the way and enjoy what you make.
