I'm an athlete and health enthusiast! I've been running, strength training, cycling, kayaking, hiking and rowing for over 10 years to stay in shape and compete for a cause occasionally. I've participated in 2 triathlons and won a bronze medal, truly an accomplishment! I have assembled and led multiple running groups and outdoor bootcamps on Mont-Royal as a hobby and loved it!

This is a great way to discover Mont-Royal while exercising! A certain level of fitness is ideal or a big enough ego to push your limits will be just as good;) START: after meeting in front of the McGill University campus entrance on Sherbrooke and McGill Ave, we will take a brisk walk through the campus then up McTavish where we will stop for a 20 minute circuit training to warm-up. Please bring your smile, energy and motivation- I will do the rest:) Wear running shoes and exercise gear to enjoy the experience. Ensure you are well hydrated before. You do not need a water bottle as we have multiple water fountains along the way.

We'll start at the beautiful McGill campus, run un the paved path of McTavish, stop at the soccer field and track for the warm-up circuits, run up the winding paths towards Lac aux Castors and ending at the top of Mont-Royal where the fantastic view of the city and it's 3 bridges is found.
