We'll meet at the Top of the Rockies Scenic Byway at the entrance to Birdseye Gulch. You'll park your vehicle there then we'll take a short hike to a clearing at the base of Birdseye Gulch. The hike is on flat land and is only about 5 to 10 minutes. When we get to the clearing, we will be practicing an exercise routine of Tai Chi & Qigong that I will teach you with the gentle sound of nature and traditional instrumental Chinese music in the background. It is an easy exercise routine of moving your body in movements taught by ancient Chinese Tai Chi Masters 3000 years ago. It is an all standing exercise routine. There will be a meditation time at the end of the Tai Chi & Qigong exercise routine. You will be able to clear your mind and connect with nature standing right in the middle of a clearing at the base of the mountain, surrounded by trees and beautiful wildflowers. After the session is over, I will lead you back to your vehicles. If you are looking for more of a hiking experience with your Tai Chi & Qigong routine, I also host another longer hike session that leads you half way up the Birdseye Gulch. That hike is about 1 hr. going up, 1 hr. Tai Chi & Qigong and 1 hr. hiking back down the gulch. Please contact me about that experience and I will send you the information. Have a peaceful day! We will practice our Tai Chi & Qigong exercise session in a clearing on the countryside of the base of the mountain. Birdseye Gulch is next to the mountain and if you are looking for more of a hiking experience along with your Tai Chi & Qigong session then you can message me about doing the half way up hike into Birdseye Gulch.

You should feel relaxed and easy going about trying Tai Chi and Qigong exercises. This session will leave you with a feeling of peacefulness, centered of mind and body, decreased stress, alertness. Any fitness level can do Tai Chi & Qigong and I will make special arrangements for handicapped person
