Your tour begins at Faneuil Hall - a lively market located close to the waterfront. From here, you’ll be able to see Custom House Tower, the first skyscraper built in the city of Boston. We’ll then stop by the Old State House (site of the Boston Massacre). This is one of the most iconic buildings in Boston - a Must See!

Of course, we have to mention the Boston Tea Party! The Old South Meeting House is where it all began - one night in 1773! We then head to Old City Hall, home to the city council in the 19th and 20th century, as well as the site of America’s first public school. Don’t forget to snap a photo with the famed Bronze Donkey!

We’ll then go past Old City Hall before arriving at one of the most historic places in the country – King’s Chapel. If we're lucky, we could hear the organist practicing on the oldest church organ in the US. We’ll then make our way by two of Boston’s most well-known areas: Boston Common (not Commons) and Beacon Hill, home to the glorious red-brick roads that illustrate the vast history of Boston.

As your tour comes to an end, you’ll see the glittering dome of the Massachusetts State House while you take in the views of modern Boston. Finally, your guide will bring you to Boston Public Garden - full of life with locals enjoying it daily. Your tour will end here - in the perfect central location for you to continue your day in Boston.

I have a deep love and appreciation for the history, diversity, and unique culture of Boston. Sharing my love for Beantown with visitors (first-timers and frequent visitors alike) is a passion of mine. Boston's big draw is obviously American history, but there's so much more to it than what you learned in school! I've spent time discovering the lesser-known stories on and off the Freedom Trail, learning about the historic architecture in Beacon Hill, and getting to know a barkeep or two, so that I can connect you to the Boston of old and new. Of course there's the postcard historical sights, but I'll also take you behind-the-scenes and inside of some of the locales overlooked by many Boston visitors (and even locals!). On my tours, you'll receive personal attention from a real, Boston local and a unique experience that you won't forget!

Janet was an explendid guide. she was well acknowledged of every historic remark, gave heat point of view on the matter, was polite and kind. She is perfect for the job. We had a great time walking around the historic points and we didn't feel tired or bored at any moment. This walk is a must, it worths every penny. You will enjoy it but I don't recommended if you travel with kids.

A great tour! It was a wonderful mix of information about historic and modern day Boston and gave a great sense of the history of Boston without only focusing on the Freedom Trail. Mazen was a great tour guide! He was funny and engaging and really made the tour fun! Could have done without the pub stop partway through since the tour wasn't that long to begin with, but overall it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend this tour to others!

We had Dillon as our guide. He was clearly very passionate about Boston's history, which made the experience feel very authentic. Dillon took the time to get to chat with each of us personally, which was really appreciated. He was even considerate enough to plan bathroom and drink breaks. This was a father-daughter trip to Boston and my dad, a history junkie, said this was his favorite part of the trip! Thank you Dillon for the special memory!

The tour was good - super informative and we really enjoyed it. We unfortunately had to cut it short because our kids were too hot!

First time used Airbnb for tour and thought it was well organised and Tim, our guide, was an encyclopedia on dates in Boston's history. He was enthusiastic about the history and made the tour interesting and interactive. It gave us an opportunity to see inside buildings we may not have gone into and see what history they had. Great fun for the afternoon.
