We are sharing a piece of heaven, this place is located on a nice private lot with tons of wildlife. The Tiny is modernly equipped and the location, the ambiance, the views, and the outdoors space are convenient to Athens but off the beaten path. This property is 4 turns away for OU Campus. Amazing setting! We are confident you'll love your stay. We have listened to all the feedback and delivered! We have added many updates from the time we started renting it. Its been a true labor of love!

Basement suite allows guests a bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom, and walk out patio space outside the bedroom to sit. The bathroom with shower is at the bottom of the stairs in the basement and the bedroom and kitchenette are in the back of the house. Chairs can be set up to sit outside, or a dining table and love seat are inside the bedroom suite to work or relax. Kitchenette includes a mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig and kettle. Tea and coffee are also provided.
